Service Description
Meridian Psychotherapy is an integrative approach to emotional wellbeing that works with the connection between the mind, body, nervous system and emotions. Using therapeutic conversation alongside meridian-based tapping techniques, sessions provide a supported space to explore the emotional patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be contributing to stress, overwhelm or recurring responses in your life. This approach can be particularly supportive when you feel stuck in repeating patterns, emotionally reactive, overwhelmed by particular experiences, or aware that something continues to affect you even when you understand it logically. Rather than focusing only on talking through an experience, Meridian Psychotherapy brings the body and nervous system into the process. Sessions may support you to explore underlying emotional responses, develop greater awareness of what sits beneath them, and gently work towards a different relationship with the thoughts, feelings and patterns that have been difficult to shift.
Cancellation Policy
To support a fair and respectful booking process, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled online by the client up until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and appointments that are missed without notice, will be charged at 100% of the booked service fee. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Where you are experiencing an emergency, sudden crisis or compassionate circumstance, please contact me prior to your appointment wherever possible. Late cancellation fees may be waived or the appointment transferred at my discretion where compassionate circumstances apply. Payments are non-refundable. Where sufficient notice has been provided, the payment may instead be transferred to a future appointment. A booking may be rescheduled and the original payment transferred a maximum of two times. After two reschedules, the booking and associated payment will become invalid and a new appointment will require a new booking and payment. Failure to attend an appointment without contacting me beforehand will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are not eligible for refund, credit or transfer except in exceptional circumstances considered at my discretion. These policies are in place to respect the time reserved specifically for you, the preparation involved in your session, and the opportunity for other clients to access available appointments. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy.
