Service Description
Usui Reiki Ryoho is a traditional Japanese energy healing practice that works with the body’s energetic system to support balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing. Reiki can be particularly supportive during periods of stress, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, life transition or when you simply feel depleted or out of balance. Many people seek Reiki to help quieten a busy mind, release held tension, reconnect with their body and create space for deep rest and restoration. During your session, you remain fully clothed while Reiki is offered through gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques. The treatment is quiet and deeply restorative, allowing you to step away from the demands of everyday life and settle into a more receptive state of rest. Reiki may also complement other therapeutic or wellbeing approaches by supporting relaxation, emotional processing, self-awareness and a greater sense of groundedness and connection. Each session is individual and guided by what is present for you at the time.
Cancellation Policy
To support a fair and respectful booking process, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled online by the client up until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and appointments that are missed without notice, will be charged at 100% of the booked service fee. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Where you are experiencing an emergency, sudden crisis or compassionate circumstance, please contact me prior to your appointment wherever possible. Late cancellation fees may be waived or the appointment transferred at my discretion where compassionate circumstances apply. Payments are non-refundable. Where sufficient notice has been provided, the payment may instead be transferred to a future appointment. A booking may be rescheduled and the original payment transferred a maximum of two times. After two reschedules, the booking and associated payment will become invalid and a new appointment will require a new booking and payment. Failure to attend an appointment without contacting me beforehand will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are not eligible for refund, credit or transfer except in exceptional circumstances considered at my discretion. These policies are in place to respect the time reserved specifically for you, the preparation involved in your session, and the opportunity for other clients to access available appointments. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy.
