About Sylvia Cassidy
My work has always been centred around people - how we heal, how we navigate change and how we care for ourselves and one another along the way.
For more than two decades, my path has moved through holistic healing, mental health, community services, leadership, education and professional practice. Rather than seeing these as separate worlds, my work brings them together through an approach that honours both the human experience and the systems we live and work within.

Education
My work spans personal wellbeing, professional practice and education -
offering support for the person, the practitioner and the communities we serve.
Each pathway stands independently, while sharing the same foundation:
thoughtful practice, meaningful connection and care that considers the whole person.

A practice grounded in connection
Human first. Always.
My approach brings together more than twenty years of experience across holistic practice, mental health, community services, leadership and education.
I believe meaningful change rarely happens through one lens alone. Whether I am working with someone in a wellbeing session, sitting alongside a practitioner in supervision or facilitating a room of learners, my work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, ethical practice and respect for the complexity of being human.
Whole-Person Practice
We are more than the challenge in front of us. My work considers the emotional, physical, relational and professional systems that shape our experience.
Evidence-based Practices
Professional knowledge, reflective practice and established frameworks inform my work while leaving room for curiosity, lived experience and individual difference.
Integrative by Nature
I draw from different areas of professional and holistic practice without asking one framework to explain everything.
Sustainable Change
The aim isn't simply to feel better or work harder. It is to develop awareness, resources and ways of working that can be carried forward into everyday life.

Let's begin with a conversation.
