I offer Integrative Clinical Supervision to community service organisations and holistic health practitioners through a reflective model that draws on evidence-informed supervision and self inquiry. This is supervision that goes beyond compliance; it supports practitioners to stay connected to their values, boundaries and wellbeing while navigating complex often heart-heavy work.
In organisational settings, I also specialise in performance management support, conflict resolution informed by mediation strategies and guiding teams through sensitive or difficult workplace conversations, providing managers with an external,
steady and ethical layer of professional support.
