Refund Policy
Sylvia Cassidy – Integrative Clinical Supervision Support

This Refund Policy outlines the terms relating to supervision sessions, training programs and related services. It is designed to honour both your commitment and the integrity of the work provided.

Clinical Supervision Sessions
Supervision sessions are reserved specifically for you and require preparation and dedicated time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a supervision session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Sylvia Cassidy.
   

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Training Programs and Workshops
For individual training or workshop registrations:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the training date are eligible to transfer to a future training.

• Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the training fee.
   

For organisational or group bookings, separate agreements and cancellation terms may apply and will be outlined at the time of booking.

Grant-Funded or Complimentary Training
Where training has been provided as a funded or complimentary offering, refunds are not applicable.

Participants are encouraged to provide adequate notice if unable to attend so the place can be offered to another participant.

Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for refunds outside of the above terms may be considered in exceptional circumstances. All decisions are made with fairness, professionalism and respect for both parties.

Changes or Cancellation by Provider
Sylvia Cassidy reserves the right to reschedule supervision sessions or training due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered:

• An alternative session time, or

• A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
